BIG BAY BEACH CLUB
Welcome to Big Bay Beach Club, a charming property just 100 metres from Big Bay Beach. Recently refurbished, this secure, family friendly complex boasts a designated parking area directly in front of your apartment and 24 hour security for your peace of mind. Perfectly located for water sports enthusiasts, the area also offers easy access to restaurants and shopping within a 1km radius.
For the adventurous, our apartment is the perfect base for daily trips. The centre of Cape Town is a 30 minute drive, the West Coast National Park with it's beautiful beaches and wildlife is about 60 minutes away and if you are into wine tasting, some of the most amazing wineries can be reached within a 30 minute drive.
Within the complex you can enjoy the communal swimming pool, children's playground, barbecue areas, tennis courts and putt putt course. And with the beach and a host of activities and opportunities on your doorstep, every day at Big Bay Beach Club promises adventure and relaxation.

Located about 25km north of Cape Town's city centre, Big Bay is one of Bloubergstrand's two beaches (the other is called Small Bay). The entire beach area is part of a Marine Nature Reserve and is renowned for it's beautiful views of Table Mountain and Robben Island, as well as it's diverse marine wildlife. Big Bay is a fantastic family friendly beach with long white sandy shores, excellent waves and plenty of dining and shopping options. Big Bay and Small Bay are separated by a rocky point, with Big Bay usually receiving the full brunt of the Atlantic swell. Expect cold water between 10 and 14 degrees when the South-Easter wind (also called the Cape Doctor) is howling in summer, and water up to 19 degrees in winter.
Big Bay offers year round waves for all water enthusiasts. Naturally, these conditions attract surfers, stand-up paddlers and bodyboarders when the waves are on. All under the watchful eye of qualified lifeguards on duty all year round. You can also walk along the miles of unspoilt coastline that stretch north from Big Bay to Melkbosstrand and Van Riebekstrand.
A variety of shops, cafes and restaurants line the promenade where you can sit and dine with the most magnificent view of Table Mountain and Robben Island.
